Thank you for your interest in BND, on the call we will gain a high level understanding about your project needs and we share a little background about our team. After the call, we send over the pricing structure and a link to our questionnaire. This form will give us all the details, from your ideal investment to your inspiration photos.

Once we've reviewed your questionnaire, we request a non-refundable deposit via quickbooks. This deposit covers the initial design consultation whether it be web based or on site. During the consultation we measure or collect measurements from you and your contractor. We discuss and review all details pertaining to your project and the intended use. Once this meeting is completed and the deposit is received, we’ll begin to develop either a design board of up to 3 spaces or a digital floor plan (non-construction blueprint) of your space. We determine which is provided based on the scope and budget of the project.

After the initial consultation, we present a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated fees, and timeline. Once approved, you sign a design agreement and officially begin our work together.

Our team visits your home or space to take detailed measurements, photos, and notes. This ensures we have an accurate foundation to create your design and helps us anticipate any challenges early in the process. Here’s where the fun begins, our team translates your ideas into a cohesive design direction. Writing the concept for the design, building your mood board, space planning, creating color stories, and material suggestions. This phase of design starts to bring the vision to life. It provides the overall look and feel before moving forward. 

Whether online or in person, our team will present the complete design concept, including layouts and renderings, furnishings, finishes, and samples. This is a collaborative moment. You’ll review, give feedback, and we’ll refine so that every detail feels just right.

The design is approved! Woohoo! We handle all the ordering, purchasing, tracking of materials. We also coordinate with contractors, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure the application of finishes, design specs are followed, and keep the project moving along. 

This is where everything comes together. Our team completes furniture placement, hanging of artwork, and layering in all accessories. This is where we transform your space with thoughtful attention to detail making sure every piece tells your story. Once complete, we’ll walk through together to ensure the space meets your expectations. Finally, we close your project with a compilation document inclusive of all relevant material warranty and care information. Once the project is complete, and you've had time to experience the space; we schedule a photo day! Our preferred photographer will capture the space and the story it tells through their lens. This indelible documentation provides you beautiful memorabilia of your project to share for years to come.
